  1. Promoter

This competition (“Competition”) is organised and administered by ernie’s Out Door Living, whose registered office is at Garage Lane, Setchy, Norfolk PE33 0AX (“the Promoter”).

  1. Eligibility

2.1. The Competition is open to residents of UK mainland aged 18 years or over, excluding employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, and anyone professionally associated with this Competition.

2.2. By entering, participants confirm they meet all eligibility requirements and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.

  1. How to Enter

3.1. To enter, participants must enter in store or by post.

3.2. Only one entry per person is allowed unless otherwise stated.

3.3. Entries that are incomplete, illegible, or violate platform guidelines will be disqualified.

3.4. No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

  1. Competition Period

The Competition opens on 10th November 2025 and closes at 1st December 2025 (“Competition Period”). Entries received after this time will not be considered.

  1. Prize

5.1. The prize consists of 6.5ft Oakly Fir, 3 runners up will receive a Baulble each.

5.2. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative will be offered.

5.3. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond its control make it necessary to do so.

  1. Winner Selection and Notification

6.1. The winner will be selected at random  from all eligible entries received.

6.2. The winner will be notified via phone within 7 days of the closing date.

6.3. If the winner does not respond within 7 days, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select an alternative winner.

6.4. The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

  1. Publicity and Data Protection

7.1. By entering, participants agree that their name, social media handle, and/or image may be used by the Promoter for promotional purposes related to this Competition, without further compensation.

7.2. Personal data supplied during the course of this Competition will only be processed in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy (www.norfolkleisurelifestyle.com/privacy-policy/).

  1. General

8.1. The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the Competition where necessary due to circumstances beyond its control.

8.2. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for lost, delayed, or misdirected entries.

8.3. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in this Competition or acceptance of the prize.

8.4. This Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Instagram/Facebook.

8.5. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of England, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
